Dental Team are experts in aesthetic restorations. Thanks to our participation in many international workshops and collaborations with dental practices and OMF departments worldwide, we have built up considerable expertise in complex issues.
Dental Team strive to realize restorations which are as natural-looking as possible. This is what makes our work stand out from everyday lab work. We are committed to the highest standards of quality. To achieve this, we apply new technologies, such as CAD/CAM, and use revolutionary materials, such as (all-)ceramic ingredients and zirconium dioxide.
Here are some of our realizations:
Single zirconia crowns (1)
4 old opaque metal ceramic crowns were replaced by metal-free crowns.
Single zirconia crowns (2)
2 old opaque metal ceramic crowns were replaced by metal-free crowns after a gingival correction.
Single zirconia crowns (3)
Old opaque metal ceramic crowns were replaced by single zirconium crowns after a gingival correction.
Single zirconium crowns (4)
Old opaque metal ceramic crowns were replaced by single zirconium crowns after a gingival correction. Orthognathic surgery to broaden the upper jaw could be avoided by building up the zirconia crowns buccally.
Metal-free bridges
A worn partial dental prosthesis was replaced by a ceramic zirconium bridge. A gingival graft was applied in preparation of the ovate pontics on teeth 11-21.
Non-invasive restorations (1)
The diastema on teeth 12 and 22 were closed with ceramic facings. No preparation was performed on the natural teeth.
Non-invasive restorations (2)
Tooth 12 was shorter than tooth 22 and located in a slightly more palatal position. An additional veneer was applied to complete the dental arch harmoniously.
Single zirconia crowns combined with 1 implant on tooth 21
An old opaque metal ceramic bridge was replaced by metal-free single crowns after implantation and a gingival correction.
Single zirconia implant crown 22
An implant crown was made for the restoration or agenesis of tooth 22.
Implant bridge (1)
This patient’s old metal ceramic bridge was replaced by an implant-supported zirconia bridge. The gingiva was prepared for an ovate pontic by means of a gingival transplant. The bridge was cemented over the 2 zirconium abutments.
Implant bridge (2)
This young patient suffered the loss of his front teeth and a lot of bone during a serious accident. Three implants were inserted into the upper jaw with the help of NobelClinician. Then a screw retained implant bridge with gingival porcelain was realized to offset the bone and gingiva loss. The clinician then harmoniously camouflaged the transition between the restoration and the natural gingiva with a specially developed composite.
Full mouth implant-supported restoration
Seven implants were inserted into the upper jaw of a toothless patient with NobelClinician. A screw retained zirconia implant bridge was then applied on top.
Ceramic facings
Ceramic facings were applied on teeth 13-23 of this young female patient. Non-invasive facings were placed on 14 and 24.
Special case (1)
Two zirconia Maryland bridges with 1 wing were made for this female patient on 12 and 22. These wings were bonded palatally on 13 and 23.
Special case (2)
A zirconia Maryland bridge with 1 wing was realized for this young female patient on tooth 12. Tooth 22 was built with composite.
Special implant case
Two zygoma implants and 4 regular platform implants were placed in the upper jaw, while 6…”(Nu laatste zin.) “We manufactured a CAD/CAM titanium base on top of the implants where CAD/CAM milled full contour zirconium crowns were glued on the titanium supra-structure. The supra-structure has been completed with pink composite.
